Returns
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days after arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- 1.0 - After the order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order.
- 1.2 - In the event that the product arrives damaged, contact us directly on contact@getbrushup.com.
If return of item is necessary it is the customer who pay for the shipping (With Tracking).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The process after we have received the return takes approximately 3-5 days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unredeemed Packages
We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of uncollected or refused packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of EUR 10 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please therefore note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
